    Uninstall SiteRemora

    What stays in your theme, what happens to billing, and when your data is deleted.

    Before you uninstall

    • Fixes stay in your theme. They're part of your theme's code and content, and they keep working after SiteRemora is gone. To undo any, revert them on the Fixes page first. See Review and revert changes.
    • Download your record if you want to keep it. On Reef and Deep Sea, use Export Record and Change Report, Last 30 Days on the Fixes page.

    Uninstall

    In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps, find SiteRemora, and choose Uninstall. Shopify ends the app's charges when you uninstall.

    What happens to your data

    • SiteRemora's access to your store ends at once.
    • About 48 hours later, Shopify asks SiteRemora to delete your store's data, and it's deleted then. That covers your scans, fixes, settings and saved password.
    • If you reinstall before then, your history is still there. You go through setup again and pick a plan.
