What each plan includes, how billing through Shopify works, and what happens when you change plans.

Every plan shows every issue a scan finds, with the file and line behind it.
Billing through Shopify
Paid plans are billed in US dollars every 30 days, through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice, so there's no separate card or account.
Change your plan
Open Settings, click Manage Plan, and pick a plan.
- Upgrading opens Shopify's approval page. The new plan starts once you approve, and your scan allowance starts fresh.
- Moving to a cheaper paid plan takes effect at your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan until then.
- Moving to Shore cancels the paid subscription at once, so nothing more is charged. The paid features last until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your scans, fixes and history stay with your store either way.
Shore's five fixes
Shore includes five fixes to try, shared between code and alt text. Every fix your store has applied counts toward the five. That includes fixes you later revert, and fixes made on a paid plan. Shore can also draft up to 20 fixes a day. Reef and Deep Sea lift both limits.
Partner codes
If an agency looks after your store, it may give you a partner code. Enter it under Partner code on the plan page before you pick a plan. The adjusted price shows on Shopify's approval page and on each invoice.
