The change report

The change report covers every fix in a period:

• how many fixes were applied, and how many by autopilot,
• your health score at the start and the end,
• how many issues were resolved, and how many are new,
• every change, with its date, a plain description, the file, and who applied it.

It downloads as a web page. Open it in your browser to print it or save it as a PDF.

To get one, click Change Report, Last 30 Days on the Fixes page. Reef and Deep Sea also email it monthly with the first Sunday summary, unless you turn it off in Settings > Emails.

The record export

Export Record on the Fixes page downloads a spreadsheet (CSV). It has a row for every scan and a row for every fix: the date, the theme, the check, the file, the status, and when the fix was applied or reverted.

What these records are for

They show what your store looked like over time and what you did about it, with dates. Agencies use them to answer a client who asks what changed. They also help if a lawyer ever asks about your ongoing work.

The report covers changes made through SiteRemora. It's a record of work, separate from an audit or a conformance statement.
