On Focus
Tabbing onto something never submits a form, opens a window or moves the page.
Who it affects
A keyboard user tabbing past a control shouldn't be thrown to a new page or a pop-up they didn't ask for.
What a scan checks
- On every page's Tab walk: a page load, a new window or a dialog that opens on focus alone.
How it gets fixed
- The action moves to a click or Enter, so tabbing past changes nothing.
Every change is shown before it is applied, recorded with the code it replaced, and reverts in one click.
