Link Purpose (In Context)
Every link has text that says where it goes, including icon-only cart, account and social links.
Who it affects
Screen reader users often list a page's links to move around. A list of "link, link, click here" doesn't say where any of them go.
What a scan checks
- Links with no name, links that only wrap an icon or image, and link text like "click here".
How it gets fixed
- A cart, search or account link takes your theme's own word for it, a product or collection link takes that record's title, and social icons are named for their network.
Every change is shown before it is applied, recorded with the code it replaced, and reverts in one click.
